Admission

1. If patients are need to get admission doctor prescribes on OPD slip for admission and details of the kind of treatment.  Then the patient’s attendant required proceeding to the Admission counter situated on the ‘Ground Floor room no. 17.

2. Admission desk staff fills the Patient details like patient’s name, address, and all other relevant details are collected in the Registration Form and will be allot the ward according to concerned doctors.

3. When the patient arrives at the concerned ward, posted doctor check the patient and get all the past history and prescribe for tests if necessary.

4. After all above procedure nursing staff get their admission and complete all the documents formality and starts medicine as prescribed by doctor. During the hospitalization patients      daily routine in the ward activities includes such as doctors round, daily medicine, investigation, meals etc.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
