About the speciality –An average OPD attendance of 500 per day at present In Department of General Medicine.

Scope of services – The department is well versed and equipped to perform

1. Intensive care unit (10 Beds)

2. 10 Bedded ODC Ward on 5^th floor- day care service with occupational clinic, preventive health check-up camp for factory workers.

3. ECG Lab (24 Hrs.)

4. Cardiology OPD service (Monday to Friday)

5. Chemotherapy IPD unit functioning for IP patients. Chemo given in day care basis. More than 120 chemo has been administered.

6. Neurology OPD from Tuesday to Friday on 1^st floor of hospital building.

7. Dialysis unit situated on 3^rd floor nearby Medical ICU for Kidney Patients.

8. Echo lab-Specially done on Tuesday except Emergency .

9. Nephrology-Nephrologist Consultation Available for IPD /ICU Patient Twice in a week

10. TMT or stress test lab On regular basis near Medicine OPD

11. Geriatric Ward-15 bedded ward is running for geriatric population on 7^th floor of hospital building for IP/NIP.

12. Bone Marrow Aspiration and Cytology room at 5^th floor.
